## 1. Professional Drafter
Role Overview
The primary objective of the Drafter is to conceptualize and prepare comprehensive technical drawings, construction details, and design documentation under the guidance of senior management. You will be responsible for ensuring that every blueprint is accurate, adheres to technical regulations, and facilitates a seamless construction process.
Primary Responsibilities
To maintain our high standards of excellence, the Drafter will execute the following duties:
* Technical Drawing Development: Create architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) designs based on specific engineer and architect instructions.
* Specialized Hospital Layouts: Assist in designing hospital room layouts that meet functional medical standards and specific clinical requirements.
