## Commercial and Supply Chain Management Trainee Opportunity
We are currently seeking ambitious graduates to join our Commercial or Supply Chain teams across Indonesia. This Management Trainee Program is designed to accelerate professional growth through an intensive 18-month journey. The curriculum combines an initial five-month learning sprint with a 56-week role placement, offering hands-on exposure to Marketing, Sales, or Supply Chain operations.
Program Structure and Development
During your 18-month tenure, you will benefit from comprehensive on-the-job training, strategic stretch assignments, and mentorship from senior leadership. Your rotation path is carefully curated based on business objectives, your career aspirations, and personal development goals, structured across three key phases:
1. Phase 1 (Months 0–5): An immersive learning period focused on absorbing technical knowledge and organizational culture.
2. Phase 2 (Months 6–12): A practical application phase where you will gain hands-on experience and test your skills in real-world scenarios.

## Qualifications for Aspiring Trainees
