## The Role of HRGA Site: Operational Excellence
At the heart of our site operations, the Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) team serves as the backbone of our daily functions. The HRGA Site lead is responsible for ensuring that all administrative, facility, and asset management processes run with maximum efficiency, strictly adhering to regulatory standards to support our plantation output.
Human Resources (HR) Core Responsibilities
The HR function is vital to maintaining our organizational culture and operational compliance. Key duties include:
* Personnel Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire employee journey, from initial onboarding and orientation to managing transitions such as promotions, demotions, and offboarding.
* Administrative Oversight: Rigorously monitoring employee attendance, maintaining workplace discipline, and ensuring all labor-related documentation is accurate and compliant.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the estate operations, Head Office, and relevant external parties to address HR-related requirements.
* Strategic Reporting: Compiling comprehensive monitoring and evaluation reports regarding HRGA activities to support management decision-making.
General Affairs (GA) Core Responsibilities
General Affairs ensures that our site remains a productive and comfortable environment for our staff. Responsibilities include:
* Facility Management: Supervising site housing (mess) operations, ensuring safety, hygiene, and overall comfort for all residents.
* Asset and Fleet Control: Managing company vehicles, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring timely tax payments.
* Resource Coordination: Overseeing the distribution and maintenance of operational equipment and tools necessary for field activities.
* Service Excellence: Serving as a primary point of contact for employee feedback, proactively addressing concerns, and refining site services to improve quality of life.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking motivated professionals who are ready to contribute to our long-term objectives. Ideal candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Law or Human Resources Management.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar HRGA role.
* Geographic Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed directly at our operational sites in West Kalimantan.
