## Open Position: Technical & Engineering (Urgent)
We are actively recruiting for a technical role based at our facility in the Karawang International Industrial City (KIIC). This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to apply their engineering expertise within a world-class manufacturing environment.
Core Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Physics Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid grasp of fundamental electrical principles is required; prior experience in electrical control systems is considered a significant advantage.
* Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial machinery and component parts is essential.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our electrical infrastructure. Primary duties include:
* Executing preventive maintenance protocols, including electrical safety checks, control system monitoring, and equipment servicing.
* Managing technical documentation, including schematics, engineering drawings, and equipment specifications.
* Compiling and analyzing monthly performance reports to ensure operational transparency.
* Overseeing and managing electrical construction projects as assigned.
