Kalbe Nutritionals is currently seeking dedicated and highly skilled professionals to join our state-of-the-art production facility in Cikampek. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about precision, efficiency, and the pursuit of excellence within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
1. Automation Operator Assistant
This role is pivotal to our daily operations, ensuring that our production targets are met with maximum efficiency. You will be responsible for managing the production workflow, performing machine changeovers, conducting routine maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues in strict accordance with standard operating procedures.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or high school graduate (SMA/SMK) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in machine troubleshooting and experienced in operating both digital and semi-digital machinery.
* Industry Background: Prior experience in the food and beverage or automotive manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
* Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of 5P (5S) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
* Age Requirement: 19 – 27 years old.
2. Packing Operator Assistant
The Packing Operator Assistant plays a critical role in our production line, ensuring that our high-quality nutritional products are packaged and prepared according to our stringent SOPs to meet our daily production quotas.
* Education: High school graduate (SMA/SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical fields.
* Experience: Demonstrated experience in machine troubleshooting.
* Technical Skills: Comfortable operating digital and semi-digital machinery.
* Industry Background: Relevant work experience within the food, beverage, or automotive manufacturing industries is an advantage.
* Knowledge: Solid grasp of 5P and TPM principles to ensure workplace efficiency and safety.
* Age Requirement: 19 – 25 years old.
