## Job Vacancy: Administration Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administration Staff member to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our promotional and healthcare material supply chain.
Core Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Oversee the storage, tracking, and organization of promotional and healthcare assets.
* Distribution Logistics: Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of materials to field teams and branch offices.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous shipping records and inventory logs to ensure 100% data accuracy.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between internal departments and external vendors to streamline distribution workflows.
Required Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field of study.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a natural aptitude for data management and administrative tasks.
