## About the Role: Health & Safety Officer
As a vital member of the team, the Health & Safety Officer will spearhead initiatives to maintain a secure, compliant, and healthy working environment. Key Responsibilities
* Program Execution & Compliance: Implement and report on all health and safety programs, activities, and protocols in strict accordance with prevailing regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and integrated management systems.
* Risk Identification & Inspection: Conduct thorough hazard identifications, risk analyses, safety monitoring, and operational inspections to prevent workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, fires, and explosions.
* Incident Response & Mitigation: Execute immediate response protocols, manage crisis interventions, and oversee necessary follow-up actions should any workplace incidents, fires, or health hazards occur.
* Performance Evaluation: Measure and evaluate safety performance metrics, formulate strategic action plans, and submit targeted proposals to elevate the company's overall health and safety standards.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders regarding safety audits, regulatory compliance checks (including fire extinguishers, generators, and lightning rods), and generate mandatory reporting.
* Education & Monitoring: Conduct training sessions, socializations, and continuous monitoring of health and safety standards for businesses operating within the commercial district.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure departmental targets align directly with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Integrated Management Systems, encompassing quality objectives, anti-bribery measures, and occupational safety.
* Continuous Improvement: Develop innovative strategies and propose continuous improvements to senior leadership to optimize safety protocols.
## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Public Health.
* Professional Experience: Bring at least two years of hands-on experience specializing in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3).
* Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

## Essential Skills and Technical Competencies

* Certifications: Must hold an official General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
* HSE Management Expertise: Proficient in HSE risk assessment, risk controlling, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, workplace inspections, and comprehensive reporting.
* Design Proficiency: Preferred candidates will possess working knowledge of graphic design and editing applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
