We are looking for talented individuals to fill the following positions at our Pasuruan facility:
1. Accounting Staff
We are looking for a meticulous professional to manage our financial records and reporting.
* Maintain accurate financial journals and accounting records.
* Assist with financial auditing and internal reporting.
* Ensure data integrity within the company’s accounting software.
* Proven experience in accounting or financial management.
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate, Zahrir, Jurnal ID, or SAP.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on honesty, discipline, and attention to detail.
2. Talent Acquisition Staff
As a member of our Human Capital team, you will be instrumental in attracting top-tier talent to drive our business objectives.
* Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify high-potential candidates.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and applicant screening to final negotiations.
* Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn and professional job fairs.
* Collaborate with department heads to understand specific competency requirements.
* Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional recruitment trends.
* Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
3. HSE Staff
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our workforce. We are seeking an HSE expert to manage our factory safety standards and environmental compliance.
* Implement and develop fundamental safety management systems across the plant.
* Monitor environmental and health and safety (K3) compliance reports.
* Draft internal and external HSE documentation.
* Develop and enforce corporate safety policies in alignment with prevailing regulations.
* Lead and execute 5R (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) workplace organization programs.
* Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience implementing K3 management systems.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Mandatory possession of AK3U, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications.
