We are seeking dedicated and innovative individuals to fill several key positions based at our facility in the Jatake Industrial Estate, Tangerang.
Management & Engineering Roles
* General Manager (Manufacturing)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Management. Must possess 10–15 years of experience in automotive manufacturing with a proven track record in leadership, strategic planning, and operational problem-solving. Strong expertise in production management and supply chain optimization is essential.
* Manager (Maintenance)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Requires at least 10 years of experience in automotive machine maintenance. The ideal candidate must be adept at overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and leading technical teams toward strict operational targets.
* Staff (Engineering)
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Open to fresh graduates. Must be proficient in technical drawing and CAD software, specifically AutoCAD or SolidWorks. A foundational understanding of machinery improvement is highly valued.
* Staff (IoT - Internet of Things)
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Electrical Engineering. Must have a strong grasp of IoT concepts, microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32), and network integration. Prior experience in sensor integration and monitoring systems is a significant advantage.
Operational & Support Roles
* Staff (Admin Inventory Audit)
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management. A minimum of one year of experience in inventory management is preferred. Applicants must demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP software.
* Security Personnel
* Requirements: High school diploma or vocational equivalent. Preference is given to certified security professionals. Candidates must possess a disciplined attitude, physical fitness, and the flexibility to work in a shift-based system.
