## Career Opportunities at IWIP
We are currently seeking talented professionals to fill the following roles at our North Maluku site.
1. Accounting Specialist
* Key Responsibilities: Manage journal entries, maintain the general ledger, prepare financial reports, review financial statements, and assist in audit procedures. You will also coordinate payroll with the HR department and oversee petty cash and loan accounts.
* Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory. You must be fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) and possess at least three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of PSAK standards are required.
2. Cashier
* Key Responsibilities: Process cash, cheque, and card payments while ensuring daily reconciliation. You will maintain accurate transaction records, handle inquiries with professional customer service, and assist with month-end financial reporting.
* Requirements: Previous experience in a cashier or financial role is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent numerical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform accurately under pressure.
3. Export-Import Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinate customs clearance, manage shipping documentation, and liaise with freight forwarders to optimize supply chain logistics. You will monitor inventory levels, ensure compliance with trade laws, and identify cost-saving process improvements.
* Requirements: A degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred, alongside two years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of customs regulations is required. Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
4. Finance AR Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Manage tenant and customer invoices, resolve outstanding balances, and conduct account reconciliations. You will perform credit checks, set credit limits, and provide aging reports to the finance team.
* Requirements: Minimum of 1–2 years in accounts receivable or credit control. You must be skilled in Mandarin and proficient in accounting software. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
5. Mandarin Translator
* Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality translation and real-time interpretation for reports, meetings, and business correspondence. You will ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness across all professional interactions.
* Requirements: Minimum of three years of professional experience as a translator. Candidates must demonstrate native-level fluency in Mandarin and English. Experience in industrial or manufacturing terminology is a significant advantage.
6. Purchasing Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Process purchase requisitions and contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will also manage the supplier database and provide reporting on foreign purchase plans.
* Requirements: 1–3 years of procurement experience. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective negotiation. You must be proficient in MS Excel and possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
