## Open Positions and Requirements
We are seeking talented, high-energy individuals to join our team in Cikarang, West Java. Please review the following opportunities:
1. PC (Spec. Management) Jr. Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred) with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Minimum 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Fluent in English; Korean proficiency is a significant advantage.
2. Paint (Engineering) Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive paint process engineering is required. Must possess deep expertise in Paint Shop operations and be fluent in English.
3. Part Development (Exterior) Specialist
* Responsibilities: Oversee supplier capabilities, manage project development for exterior components, and control cost efficiencies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of experience in part development, contract negotiation, and material control. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
4. Part Development (Cost Management) Specialist
* Responsibilities: Manage capital expenditure and OPEX budgets, forecast raw material costs, and ensure ISO management system compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience in purchasing and cost management. English fluency is required.
5. R&D (Vehicle Test) Specialist
* Responsibilities: Manage vehicle testing programs, facilitate homologation for regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Korean R&D teams.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in the field.
6. Quality Center (Powertrain & Electrical) Specialist
* Responsibilities: Maintain strict quality standards for engine and electrical components, perform root-cause analysis, and support supplier quality improvement initiatives.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3 years of experience in powertrain or electrical quality assurance.
7. R&D (Engineering Design) Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (minimum GPA 3.00) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields. Must have 3+ years of experience in electrical or exterior design. Korean language skills are considered an asset.
8. Assembly (Production) Jr. Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with a GPA of at least 3.00. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
