1. BIM Coordinator/Engineer
This role is perfect for those passionate about digital construction and ISO 19650 standards.
* Core Responsibilities: Oversee BIM information management, monitor model production progress, execute integrated project workflows, and generate shop drawings from high-precision models.
* Key Technical Skills: Must possess advanced proficiency in BIM authoring tools (Autodesk suite), CDE platforms (BIM 360/ACC), Navisworks, Cubicost, and rendering software like Lumion or Enscape.
* Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of BIM experience in building construction. Relevant BIM certifications and SKK qualifications are highly preferred. Educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering (D3/D4/S1) is required.
2. Quantity Surveyor
