To support our expanding production capabilities, we are currently seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team.
## Current Job Opening: Production Operator
We are looking to expand our workforce by hiring 12 additional Production Operators to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to maintaining the seamless operation of our filling and packaging lines.
Key Responsibilities
* Machine Operation: Oversee the daily operation of packaging, mixing, and blowing-filling equipment.
* Resource Preparation: Manage the preparation of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) to ensure production targets are met.
* Process Monitoring: Supervise the production workflow to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.
* Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to keep equipment in peak working condition.
* Documentation: Accurately prepare and submit production reports at the conclusion of each shift.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following requirements:
* Education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience as an operator in a beverage manufacturing environment.
* Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated familiarity with PET bottle production machinery.
* Professional Attributes: A strong sense of responsibility, disciplined work ethic, and professional demeanor.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on-site at our facility in Ciawi, Bogor Regency.
