## The Role: Recruiter
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the seamless integration of new talent into our growing organization.
Core Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and ensuring all staffing requirements are met.
* Psychometric Assessment: Conducting and scoring psychological tests to evaluate candidate suitability.
* Behavioral Interviewing: Executing professional interviews utilizing Behavior Event Interview (BEI) techniques to assess core competencies.
* Reporting: Preparing and maintaining accurate daily recruitment reports to track departmental performance.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess the following credentials:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of proven experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition function.
3. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated familiarity and experience in administering and interpreting psychological testing tools.
4. Work Arrangement: Candidates must be willing to work full-time on-site (Full WFO) at our Jakarta Barat office.
