## Position Available: MT Heavy Equipment Business Consultant
The Management Trainee (MT) program is specifically designed to cultivate future leaders who possess a passion for the heavy equipment sector. Participants will undergo rigorous training to transition into expert Business Consultants capable of driving value for our diverse client base.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Economics, Business, Communication, Mining, Mechanical Engineering, Forestry, Agribusiness, or a related field.
* Experience: We welcome applications from motivated fresh graduates.
* Professional Aptitude: Possess a strong desire to become a Heavy Equipment Business Consultant.
* Training Commitment: Willing to participate in a comprehensive 5-month Management Trainee development program.
* Personal Attributes: Must be mature, independent, communicative, outgoing, target-oriented, and highly adaptable to new environments.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. The ability to speak Mandarin dialects (such as Hokkien, Hokka, or Cantonese) will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for deployment to any of our operational locations across Indonesia.
