1. Mold Operator
* Requirements: Minimum SMA/equivalent education; male, max age 28; height min 165 cm.
* Skills: Proficient in preventive maintenance, mold setup, and fault analysis. Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic injection. Must be tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
2. Line Quality Control (QC)
* Requirements: Minimum SMA/equivalent; male, max age 25; height min 165 cm.
* Skills: Experience in injection QC; proficient in measurement tools (Caliper, Torque); knowledge of 5S and leadership capabilities. Must be capable of managing inspection reports and quality documentation.
3. Maintenance Technician
* Requirements: Minimum SMA/SMK; male, max age 40; height min 165 cm.
* Responsibilities: Independent management of electrical installations and heavy machinery (Injection machines, Chillers, Generators, Compressors). Must be capable of working under pressure and managing shift-based schedules.
4. Operator / QM Injection
* Requirements: Minimum SMA/equivalent; male, max age 28; height min 165 cm.
* Criteria: Must have perfect vision (no glasses/minus), good physical health, and 1 year of experience. Responsibilities include 5S implementation, daily production reporting, and machine operation according to SOPs.
5. Assembly Operator
* Requirements: Minimum SMA/SMK; male, max age 28; height min 165 cm.
* Criteria: Must be detail-oriented, diligent, and have no history of color blindness or vision impairment. Minimum 1 year of relevant assembly experience is required.
6. Accounting Professional
* Requirements: D3/D4 in Accounting; max age 30; minimum 3 years of professional experience.
* Responsibilities: Expertise in financial reporting (Profit/Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), tax audit management, KPI tracking, and cost improvement initiatives. Familiarity with accounting software is mandatory.
