## Role Overview: Recruitment Team
As a member of our Recruitment Team, you will gain hands-on exposure to full-cycle hiring processes. This position provides an exceptional platform to dive deep into candidate sourcing, HR administration, and employer branding initiatives, all while collaborating closely with educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Hiring Support: Assist in drafting engaging job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, scheduling psychological assessments and medical check-ups (MCU), and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
* Talent Pool Management: Build, organize, and maintain a robust candidate database to ensure timely fulfillment of company staffing requirements.
* Institutional Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic alliances with universities, vocational schools, and alumni associations to enhance our talent sourcing pipeline.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates from any discipline are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Preferred Experience: Previous internship experience in recruitment or prior exposure to the plantation/agribusiness sector serves as a distinct advantage.
* Core Competencies: High enthusiasm for learning, strong adaptability, and unwavering professional dedication.
