## WWTP & WTP Operator
As a Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining environmental compliance and supporting sustainable manufacturing operations.
Job Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will be entrusted with several key operational duties designed to keep water systems running seamlessly:
* Operate and continuously monitor WWTP and WTP installations to guarantee peak performance.
* Conduct routine inspections covering machinery, pumps, storage tanks, and related utility systems.
* Ensure that treated water quality consistently complies with strict company standards and environmental regulations.
* Record operational parameters accurately and compile comprehensive daily reports.
* Perform chemical dosing procedures in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain optimal cleanliness across the work area and execute minor equipment maintenance tasks.
* Coordinate proactively with the Maintenance team whenever technical disruptions occur within the system.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates aiming to secure this position should meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Minimum educational background of Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a WWTP or WTP Operator within a manufacturing setting (fresh graduates possessing solid foundational knowledge in water treatment are also encouraged to apply).
* Comprehensive understanding of clean water processing (WTP) and wastewater treatment (WWTP) workflows.
* Proficient in checking water quality parameters as well as operating pumps, filters, dosing pumps, and auxiliary equipment.
* Familiar with the utilization of treatment chemicals and the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) protocols.
* Willingness to work within a scheduled shift system.
* High attention to detail, strong discipline, exceptional sense of responsibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
