Following the successful completion of our first Management Trainee program, which saw 25 participants transition into key leadership roles, we are officially opening applications for our second cohort. Candidate Qualifications
To ensure we foster the next generation of industry leaders, we seek candidates who demonstrate both academic excellence and professional potential:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK). Preference is given to graduates in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.5 is preferred.
* Language Proficiency: A TOEFL/TOEIC score of at least 500 is a significant advantage for university graduates, while high proficiency in English is highly valued for high school applicants.
* Communication: Exceptional public speaking skills and an active, communicative personality are essential.
* Experience: Demonstrated involvement in school or campus organizations (both internal and external).
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in any of our operational expansion areas.
* Added Value: Fluency in Japanese or Dutch is considered a major competitive advantage.
