## Job Overview: Head of Human Capital & General Affair
We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Human Capital & General Affair to join our growing organization. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, organizational development, and general affairs, ensuring our workforce is empowered to achieve corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
* Strategic Workforce Planning: Design and execute forward-thinking HR strategies that align with the company’s long-term business goals in the specialty chemical manufacturing sector.
* Operational Leadership: Manage daily human resource functions, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and general administrative affairs.
* Organizational Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance across all corporate and regional branches.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to drive change management, optimize organizational structures, and resolve complex workforce challenges.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this dynamic role, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: Possess at least 5 years of solid, hands-on working experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking, strong strategic execution capabilities, and a proven aptitude for rapid learning and adaptability.
