Core Qualifications

* Educational Background: Hold a D3, D4, or S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, while those with previous maintenance or leadership experience will be prioritized.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor is required.
* Domain Expertise:
* For Mechanical roles: Strong understanding of gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical assemblies.
* For Electrical roles: Familiarity with wiring diagrams, PLC systems, electrical panels, and star-delta configurations.
