## Overview of the Supervisory Structure Training Program (MT Mandor 1)
The Supervisory Structure Training Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leadership within the plantation sector. This initiative aims to equip young professionals with the necessary skills to oversee complex agricultural operations while maintaining the company’s high standards for productivity and sustainability.
Candidate Qualifications
To be eligible for this career-defining opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) degree in Forestry or Agriculture.
* Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 24 years old at the time of application.
* Marital Status: Must be single.
* Health Status: Possess excellent physical and mental health.
* Skill Sets: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and internet navigation.
* Personal Attributes: Display high levels of discipline, dynamic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to challenging work environments.
* Commitment: Must be dedicated to quality, target-oriented work, and prepared to sign a two-year bond agreement.
* Mobility: Willing to be stationed at plantation sites in Central Kalimantan or South Kalimantan.
