## Job Role Overview: Account Payable Staff (Finance)
The finance division plays a critical role in maintaining fiscal health and operational continuity. As an Account Payable Staff member, you will serve as a vital pillar in managing financial obligations and ensuring seamless transactional flows within the organization.
Core Responsibilities
* Invoice & Debt Management: Efficiently oversee the entire accounts payable workflow, ensuring all vendor invoices are processed accurately and timely.
* Verification & Reconciliation: Conduct rigorous verification of supporting documents and perform regular account reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
* Reporting: Generate comprehensive AP reports to provide leadership with clear insights into current financial liabilities and cash flow obligations.
* Taxation & Audit Support: Assist with essential tax compliance procedures, including Income Tax (PPh) and Value Added Tax (PPN), while actively supporting internal and external audit requirements.
Candidate Qualifications
