## Position Available: LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer
This role is integral to the commercial success of DSLNG, requiring a professional capable of managing complex contractual obligations and logistical operations in the global LNG market.
Key Responsibilities
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Development: Compile and analyze data to formulate the ADP, determining delivery schedules and shipment projections to support high-level commercial negotiations.
* Contractual Management: Facilitate communication and negotiations with buyers regarding Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), including pricing adjustments and contract execution.
* Logistical Oversight: Manage all cargo-related documentation and procedures, including loading/unloading instructions and port authority compliance to ensure seamless international deliveries.
* Inventory & Financial Planning: Oversee weekly inventory management plans, prepare precise cargo billing calculations based on the Japanese Crude Cocktail (JCC), and manage departmental budgets.
* Spot Market Execution: Coordinate spot cargo agreements and vessel management programs to ensure optimal ship availability and performance.
* Reporting: Generate accurate, periodic internal and external management reports, including tender documentation and budget performance analysis.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is highly preferred.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of direct experience in commercial roles within the oil and gas industry is required.
