1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will execute manufacturing processes across granulation, tableting, coating, packaging, or soft gel lines. Your role ensures that equipment maintenance, workspace upkeep, and output meet strict quality, quantity, and timeline targets.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor individual Balanced Scorecard (BSC) achievements.
* Execute production activities strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP/CPOB) standards and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
* Handle specific unit operations, including material dispensing, granulation, tablet compressing, coating, primary stripping, secondary packaging, equipment washing, and material handling (labourer duties).
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Must not be color-blind, free from communicable diseases, and free from severe allergies.
* Educational background: High School (SMA/SMK), Senior High School (SLTA), or Diploma (D3).
* Prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant or holding a valid SIO certification is a distinct advantage.
* Physically fit and willing to work in a shift system.
2. Semisolid Junior Operator
This role focuses on executing specific stages of semisolid manufacturing—ranging from raw material mixing to filling—ensuring all procedures comply with company regulations and output standards.

4. Production Officer
The Production Officer oversees the planning, execution, and supervision of all manufacturing activities—including weighing, granulation, tableting, coating, and packaging—to hit operational targets efficiently.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan machinery and human resources to fulfill weekly production schedules.
* Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) reflecting evolving GMP standards and company conditions.
* Verify that all materials align with work order picklists and manufacturing instructions, manage waste, and troubleshoot operational deviations.
* Maintain production equipment, tools, and output items (such as punches, dies, molds, and slides).
* Design and develop operator-level personnel structures aligned with corporate growth plans.

* Candidate Qualifications:
* Educational background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy or a Pharmacist (Apoteker) professional degree.
* Experience level: Open to fresh graduates, though candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
