1. Cashier (Finance)
* Prepare daily factory cash reports and conduct daily cash counts.
* Manage incoming sales payments and issue official receipts.
* Document and report product sales and damaged stock (BS) transactions.
* Minimum D3 degree in Accounting or Office Administration with a GPA of at least 3.00.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1+ years of experience in cashier operations is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
2. QC Analyst
* Analyze samples from the production line and incoming raw materials.
* Maintain accurate analytical records and documentation.
* Report any deviations or quality issues to management immediately.
* Minimum D3 degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology (GPA minimum 3.00).
* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrated agility, high attention to detail, and integrity.
3. HRGA Staff
* Oversee daily factory HR operations and ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment (adhering to 5S, HSE, and ISO standards).
* Manage factory permits and the Halal Assurance System.
* Handle Industrial Relations, General Affairs, and HR administration, including attendance, medical records, employment contracts, and site security.
* Foster positive relationships with local government agencies and the community.
* Minimum S1 degree in Law or Management with a GPA of at least 3.00.
* Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Quality Control Supervisor
* Coordinate analysis schedules and supervise sample testing.
* Monitor analysis processes to ensure full compliance with standard operating procedures through to the release stage.
* Oversee inventory levels of chemical reagents and testing supplies.
* Minimum S1 degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Biology (GPA minimum 3.00).
* At least 1 year of experience in a QC role is preferred.
* Advanced knowledge of chemical and microbiological analysis.
5. PPIC Supervisor
* Develop production plans and coordinate material requirements.
* Monitor stock levels for both raw materials and finished goods.
* Ensure timely arrival of materials and oversee real-time usage monitoring.
* Minimum S1 degree in Industrial Engineering with a GPA of at least 3.00.
* 1–2 years of experience in PPIC; prior supervisory experience is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
6. Engineering & Production Supervisor
* Track downtime reports and manage daily repair tasks.
* Oversee preventive maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual).
* Evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (GPA minimum 3.00).
* 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or utility management.
* Solid understanding of electrical systems and PLC programming.
