We are looking for a diligent and organized professional to fill the role of Admin Engineering. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to high standards of operational compliance.
Key Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
* Experience: Previous experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry is highly preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO/FSSC 22000 standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is essential. Knowledge of SAP systems will be considered a significant advantage.
* Operational Skills: Excellent documentation and administrative management abilities.
* Soft Skills: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to function effectively both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
