1. Legal Staff
The Legal Staff position is pivotal in ensuring our operations remain compliant and our assets are protected. You will serve as a key advisor in navigating the complex legal requirements of the renewable energy industry.
* Manage land acquisition processes, including coordination with landowners, local government agencies, and the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
* Guarantee that all property assets remain "clear and clean" throughout the project lifecycle.
* Draft, review, and refine essential legal documentation, including agreements and addendums.
* Provide legal counsel for business operations and support contract negotiations with external partners and vendors.
* Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence for corporate actions and property acquisitions.
* Oversee the legal compliance of the company and its subsidiaries while managing the formation of new entities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized and reputable university.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in corporate law and Notary/PPAT services.
* Comprehensive knowledge of land acquisition, asset safeguarding, permitting, business law, and contract drafting.
* Strong interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and a detail-oriented approach.
* Advocate license (PERADI) is considered a significant advantage.
* A firm grasp of corporate and agrarian law, with a willingness to travel for business needs.
* Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and embody the AKHLAK values required in a BUMN environment.
2. Risk Management Staff
As a Risk Management Staff, you will play a critical role in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating potential operational and financial risks to ensure the long-term stability of PT Brantas Energi.
* Maintain the corporate risk register and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
* Monitor ongoing risk outcomes and evaluate existing risk mitigation strategies.
* Analyze data to provide descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive insights to support executive decision-making.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience in risk management, business assessment, or asset valuation.
* Familiarity with the mandates outlined in PER-2/MBU/03/2023 regarding Risk Management.
* Hold a professional certification such as CRMO or CFA.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with fluency in both spoken and written English.
* A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous professional development.
* Ability to perform under target-oriented conditions while maintaining the standards of our corporate culture.
