Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: 3–5 years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically within the audit sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of audit procedures, financial audits, internal control assessments, and risk assessment methodologies.
* Preferred Background: Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) at the Senior Auditor or Supervisor level is highly advantageous, particularly regarding financial statement audits.
* Core Competencies:
* Expertise in drafting audit working papers, documenting audit findings, and generating comprehensive audit reports, including follow-up tracking.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical thinking skills combined with clear, professional communication abilities.
* Unwavering integrity, objectivity, and a meticulous approach to data.
