## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for ambitious, adaptable, and proactive graduates who are ready to make a significant impact on our operations in Surabaya, East Java. To be considered for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Age Limit: Candidates must be no older than 25 years of age.
* Experience & Skills: Preference will be given to those with at least one year of professional experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.
* Leadership Potential: A proven track record of active involvement in extracurricular activities or organizational leadership.
* Operational Readiness: Applicants must be willing to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, as necessitated by our 24/7 service model.
* Commitment: Must demonstrate a strong desire to complete the full 12-month development cycle.
* Location: Candidates must currently reside in the Surabaya area, East Java.
