## 1. Management Trainee (External)
As a Management Trainee, you will be the backbone of our restaurant operations, ensuring every customer experiences the A&W standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage food preparation, service standards, sanitation, and safety protocols.
* Oversee financial transactions and cash management during and after shifts.
* Supervise, lead, and participate in daily team activities.
* Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
* Evaluate team performance to ensure food and service quality consistency.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify and act on sales opportunities.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and professional partners.
* Manage corporate assets and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in computer operations.
* Proven leadership experience through organizational involvement.
* Ability to perform under pressure with integrity, loyalty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Must be willing to be stationed at any A&W location across Indonesia.
## 2. Payroll Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle our compensation and benefits operations with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify all data related to payroll processing.
* Execute monthly salary calculations.
* Manage the administration and processing of BPJS (Social Security) requirements.
* Update salary records based on structural changes or promotions.
* Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement in accordance with attendance records.
* Maintain the HRIS system with high data integrity.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* At least one year of experience in payroll (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
* Comprehensive understanding of BPJS TK & Kesehatan regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Available for an immediate start.
## 3. Warehouse Manager (Kepala Gudang)
The Warehouse Manager is vital for maintaining the supply chain integrity that allows our restaurants to function seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the storage of all goods received from distributors.
* Inspect incoming shipments and report any defects or damaged items.
* Ensure stock remains in excellent condition.
* Coordinate the daily duties and responsibilities of warehouse staff.
* Maintain accurate physical and digital documentation for all inventory movements.
* Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse facility.
Qualifications:
* Minimum High School (SLTA/SMK) or equivalent.
* At least three years of professional experience in warehouse management.
* Physically and mentally fit.
* Demonstrates honesty, high accountability, and extreme precision.
* Preference given to candidates residing in North Jakarta or Tangerang.
