## General and Specific Candidate Requirements
To ensure our teams are equipped with the necessary skills for success, candidates must meet specific professional criteria based on their chosen roles:
* Industry Experience: Prior working background in mineral mining operations is strongly preferred.
* Experience Duration:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same position for Supervisor level and above.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same position for Staff level.
* Financial Expertise: Practical background in financial reporting and costing procedures (applicable for positions 4, 5, 6, and 14).
* Production Cost Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience regarding Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) (applicable for positions 6 and 14).
* Audit Background: Previous professional tenure as an external auditor (applicable for position 4).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD specifically for road construction projects (applicable for position 8).
* Regional Preference: Local residency within Sulawesi is preferred for candidates applying for position 17.
* Logistics & Finance Integration: Demonstrated background handling both finance and logistics operations (applicable for position 12).
* Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in business Mandarin (applicable for position 7).
