Candidate Requirements

* Age: Maximum 27 years old.
* Education: Holds a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture or Plantation studies.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
* Leadership: Demonstrates strong character, initiative, and leadership potential.
* Location Flexibility: Fully prepared and willing to be stationed in Central Kalimantan.
* Commitment: Willing to enter into a formal employment bond (ikatan dinas) with the company.
