## Professional Vacancies
1. Marketing & Promotion Department Head
This strategic leadership role focuses on enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing branding, digital marketing campaigns, and working with sales teams to generate high-value leads.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of experience in industrial or commercial real estate marketing. Exceptional leadership and budget management skills are required.
2. Internal Audit & Compliance Supervisor
Ensure operational integrity through rigorous auditing and risk management.
* Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing. Must possess strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, alongside expertise in internal control and risk assessment.
3. Legal Supervisor (Advocate)
Manage complex corporate land issues and regulatory compliance.
* Qualifications: Law degree (S1) with 5–7 years of experience in corporate land matters. Must be a certified advocate familiar with the OSS system and government land regulations.
4. Investor Relations & Corporate Finance Officer
Act as the primary bridge between the company and its financial stakeholders.
* Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with 5+ years of experience. High proficiency in financial modeling, capital markets, and English communication is essential.
5. Site Inspector Officer
Oversee infrastructure projects from tender to final delivery.
* Qualifications: Civil Engineering degree/diploma with at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision. Must be highly proficient in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Civil 3D.
6. Mechanical & Electrical (ME) Officer
Coordinate and supervise M/E installations to ensure alignment with structural schedules.
* Qualifications: Engineering degree (D3/S1) with 5–7 years of experience in industrial development. Expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC is required.
7. Marketing & Promotion Officer
Execute creative promotional campaigns to reach our target market.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design. Proficiency in design software, website management, and drone operation is highly valued.
8. Network Operation Center (NOC) Engineer
Maintain stable network performance for our digital infrastructure.
Qualifications: Minimum vocational education (SMK) in Computer/Network Engineering. At least 1 year of experience in a NOC environment; CCNA/HCNA/MTCNA certifications are preferred. Placement: Cibitung.*
