## Understanding the GAMMA Program
The Guidance and Advancement for Mandor Management and Accountability (GAMMA) program is a specialized initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leadership within our plantation operations. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to develop their professional expertise and play a critical role in our production ecosystem.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the GAMMA program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D1) degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or Forestry.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
* Training Commitment: Must be prepared to complete an intensive six-month educational program at the BSP Academy in Kisaran, North Sumatra.
* Bonding: Willing to commit to a two-year service bond following the completion of the program.
* Personal Status: Must be single (unmarried).
* Academic Performance: Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
