Engineering and Technical Roles
1. Civil Engineer Assistant Manager: Oversee infrastructure projects and Capex implementation. Requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction with 5+ years of relevant experience. Placement: Siais (North Sumatra) or Ketapang (West Kalimantan).
2. Power Plant Assistant: Maintain electrical machinery and ensure operational efficiency in power generation. Requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) and 3+ years of experience. Placement: East Belitung.
3. Quality Assurance Engineering: Conduct rigorous inspections of workshop, transport, and mill operations. Requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of related experience. Placement: Sorong (West Papua).
Finance and Administration
4. Accounting Staff: Manage financial reports and ensure fiscal accuracy. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 3+ years of experience, including SAP proficiency. Placement: Medan Regional Office.
5. Tax Staff: Handle VAT/PPh processing, reconciliation, and tax audits. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Taxation and Brevet A & B certification. Placement: Medan Regional Office.
6. Accounting & Budgeting Staff: Review financial statements and manage budget-to-actual analysis. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting and 2+ years of experience. Placement: Jakarta HQ.
7. Head of Administration (KTU): Supervise site administration, warehouse management, and financial closing processes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience. Placement: Remote operational sites.
Sustainability, Legal, and Corporate Affairs
8. External Affair/Humas: Manage stakeholder relations, social mapping, and government permits. Requires a degree in Social Sciences/Law and 5+ years of experience. Placement: Siais or East Belitung.
9. EHS & Fire Safety Coordinator: Lead emergency response teams and ensure compliance with ISO 14001/45001. Requires a Bachelor’s in Environmental/K3 and 3+ years of experience.
10. EHS Assistant Manager: Oversee environmental documentation and accident prevention strategies. Requires a Bachelor’s in Environmental/K3 and 5+ years of experience. Placement: Sorong.
11. CID Manager: Lead CSR initiatives and social conflict resolution. Requires a degree in Agriculture/Forestry and 3+ years of experience. Placement: Jakarta HQ.
12. Legal Staff: Draft agreements and manage legal documentation for plantation operations. Open to fresh graduates with a Law degree.
13. Sustainability Assistant Manager: Coordinate RSPO/ISPO certification programs and compliance reporting. Requires 5+ years of sustainability experience. Placement: Sorong.
Agriculture and Forestry Operations
14. Manager Hortikultura: Manage edamame cultivation cycles and production targets. Requires a degree in Agriculture/Biology and 2+ years of experience. Placement: Jember (East Java).
15. Forestry Manager (Sago): Plan sago plantation maintenance and harvest operations. Requires a degree in Forestry and 5+ years of experience. Placement: South Sorong (West Papua).
16. Forestry Staff (Sago): Supervise log harvesting and transport logistics. Requires a degree in Forestry/Agriculture and 2+ years of experience. Placement: Sorong.
Information Technology
