Key Qualifications
To be considered for our internship program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* General Requirements:
* Gender: Male or Female, maximum age of 22 years.
* Physical Attributes: Minimum height of 165 cm (Male) / 155 cm (Female).
* Health Standards: Physically and mentally fit, no color blindness, and visual acuity requiring no glasses.
* Personal Traits: High integrity, excellent communication skills, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
* Commitment: Ready to work in a shift system and accept placement based on company requirements.
* Educational Background (Vocational High School/SMK):
* Maintenance Position: Must hold a degree in Automotive Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Production Position: Must hold a degree in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Office Administration, or Accounting.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience; applicants must not currently be enrolled in university studies.
