Corporate, Finance, and Legal
* Accounting Analyst: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least 1 year of experience (property/consolidation preferred), and mastery of tax and finance principles.
* Business Development Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Management with 4+ years in analytics. Strong command of financial reporting and Excel is required.
* Collection Staff: D3/S1 degree in Finance or Accounting. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with knowledge of billing and vendor procurement.
* Legal Analyst: S1 Law degree with at least 2 years of experience in contract negotiation and legal case analysis.
* Tax Staff: S1 degree in Accounting with a minimum of 1 year of experience in related fields.
Engineering, Construction, and Operations
* Construction SPV: S1 Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of experience. (Placement: TB. Simatupang).
* Engineering Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
* Housing Maintenance: S1 Civil Engineering with 2-3 years in the residential property industry. (Placement: Cakung).
* Housing Supervisor: S1 Civil Engineering with 2+ years of experience in building construction.
* MEP Department Head: S1 Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 5–10 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Structure Engineer: S1 degree (Civil Engineering preferred) with at least 1 year of experience in structural building works.
IT and Digital Infrastructure
* Backend Developer: S1 Computer Science with 1-2 years of Java/SpringBoot experience. Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and REST APIs is essential.
* Business App Functional: S1 degree with 2+ years as a Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX 2012 functional consultant.
* Network & System Administrator: S1 Computer Science with 4+ years as a system admin and 2+ years in network administration, preferably with CCNA/MCSE certifications.
Sales, Leasing, and Marketing
* Agent Relation Supervisor: Creative professional with strong presentation skills and an existing agent network in the Jakarta area. (Project: Asya).
* Head of Leasing: Min. 8 years of experience in logistics and industrial asset leasing with deep market knowledge in Jabodetabek.
* Sales Consultant: Experience-driven role focused on cold calling and networking. (Project: Ammaia Ecoforest).
* Sales Supervisor: Min. 3 years of experience in a developer firm with strong team leadership capabilities.
Internship Opportunities
