## Open Position: HRGA Japanese Speaker
We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our HR and General Affairs department. This role is pivotal in bridging communication between our local staff and Japanese expatriates while overseeing critical administrative and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a vital link within the organization, handling complex communication and management tasks, including:
* Linguistic Support: Provide accurate consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for management meetings, audits, training sessions, and daily operations.
* Document Translation: Translate SOPs, technical reports, contracts, and business presentations with high precision.
* Meeting Management: Record and prepare detailed minutes for management and inter-departmental meetings in both Indonesian and Japanese.
* Expatriate Coordination: Manage essential legal documentation, including visas and work permits, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
* Operational Oversight: Manage the daily performance and scheduling of security and driver personnel.
* Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of company vehicles and general corporate infrastructure.
* Industrial Relations: Assist in executing human resources and labor relation initiatives to ensure a harmonious workplace.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: Certification in JLPT (minimum level N3) is required, along with strong verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese.
* Professional Experience: Ideally possess at least one year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, expatriate permit procedures (TKA), and corporate legal documentation.
* Essential Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a valid SIM A driver’s license with the ability to operate manual vehicles.
Compensation and Benefits
PT Asian Isuzu Casting Center offers a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from IDR 7,600,000 to IDR 10,000,000 per month.
