## Current Job Opening: Environmental Engineer
PT Arutmin Indonesia is seeking dedicated professionals to fill two (2) Environmental Engineer vacancies, with specific placements available at the Satui and Asamasam operational sites in South Kalimantan.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s environmental stewardship. Key duties include:
* Planning, executing, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating comprehensive environmental programs.
* Managing critical initiatives such as land reclamation, water management, and hazardous material handling.
* Facilitating internal and external audit processes to guarantee strict compliance with AMDAL (Environmental Impact Analysis) and prevailing governmental regulations.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
* Experience: A maximum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of mine reclamation, mine closure strategies, environmental management systems, and relevant regulatory standards.
* Software Proficiency: Familiarity with mapping and data tools, including ArcGIS, Agisoft, Minescape, and Microsoft Office applications.
* Core Competencies: Proven ability to manage complex data sets, exceptional analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and effective negotiation abilities.
