## Job Opening: SMG Mechanical Engineer
We are currently recruiting for a specialized Mechanical Engineer to join our operations based in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan. The successful candidate will serve as a key technical resource, providing essential engineering guidance to our supervisors and foremen. You will play a vital role in developing and upholding industry-leading best practices for our mechanical sections and site installations.
Core Responsibilities
* Providing technical engineering support and guidance to field leadership teams.
* Establishing and maintaining high-standard mechanical practices.
* Overseeing site installations to ensure long-term operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A maximum of 3 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in Fixed Plant Maintenance or large-scale projects.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Deep familiarity with Conveying Systems and Coal Handling Facilities.
* Comprehensive understanding of Maintenance Management Systems.
* Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Advanced skills in AutoCAD.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, including professional proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
* Work Ethic: Detail-oriented with the ability to perform effectively under minimal supervision.
