Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or tax within the manufacturing sector.
* Certifications: Possession of Brevet A/B/C certifications is mandatory.
* Personal Profile: A passionate female professional with a positive, proactive attitude; maximum age of 30 years.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets are essential.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in the Japanese language is considered a significant advantage.
* Location: Willingness to work onsite at our Cikarang facility.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our financial integrity through the following duties:
1. Cost Analysis: Evaluate and analyze the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
2. Financial Reporting: Conduct thorough reviews of internal financial statements.
3. Transaction Management: Process accounts payable/receivable, manage receipts, invoices, and various financial documentation.
4. Cash Flow Oversight: Manage petty cash reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and daily cash transactions.
5. Tax Compliance: Calculate, prepare, and submit all necessary tax-related documentation.
6. Asset Management: Implement and maintain rigorous internal controls for company assets.
