As we continue to scale our manufacturing capabilities at our Cikarang facility, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our production team as a Weighing Operator.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a critical role in our production workflow, ensuring precision in every step of the process. Key duties include:
* Material Management: Receiving raw materials and packaging supplies, and ensuring they are correctly stored in designated inventory locations.
* Preparation: Proactively preparing required materials for scheduled production runs.
* Precision Processing: Executing the accurate weighing of raw materials in strict accordance with production guidelines.
Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we require an individual who combines technical skill with a disciplined approach to quality control:
* Education: A diploma or certificate in Pharmacy (SMK Farmasi).
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as a Weighing Operator or a similar role within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Competence in using Microsoft Office, industrial weighing instruments, and relevant inventory or production management systems.
* Operational Skills: Demonstrated capability for high-speed, high-accuracy performance under production pressure.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of CPOB (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and CDOB (Current Good Distribution Practices).
