We are currently recruiting for the following specialized roles to support our refinery and logistics divisions.
1. Barge Escort Operator
This role is essential for our maritime logistics operations. Candidates must possess:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field.
* At least 5 years of maritime experience, preferably within the palm oil industry.
* Proficiency in escort operations, anchoring, and loading/unloading procedures.
* Strong understanding of navigation basics and maritime safety standards.
* Operational mastery of VHF radio, AIS, and GPS equipment.
* Knowledge of tugboat SOPs, ISPS Code regulations, and OHS (K3) standards.
* Proven ability to draft detailed operational reports.
* Possession of ISPS Code certification is a distinct advantage.
* Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule.
2. Instrument Control Technician
We are looking for a technical expert to ensure the efficiency of our automated systems.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant technical field.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in palm oil processing.
* Expertise in electrical schematics, wiring, and cable termination.
* Technical proficiency with multimeters, clamp meters, and megger testing.
* Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Motor Control, VFD, PLC, and SCADA.
* Advanced knowledge of instrumentation, PLC, and DCS.
* Strong critical thinking and emergency repair management skills.
* Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule; relevant technical certifications are highly preferred.
3. Tank Farm Operator
Candidates for this role will manage our storage facilities with a focus on safety.
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education.
* At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the palm oil sector.
* In-depth knowledge of K3 (OHS) regulations and safety protocols.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule.
4. Refinery / Fractionation Operator
We seek operators to oversee our primary refinery processing lines.
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar industrial setting.
* Ability to maintain operational integrity in a team-oriented environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule.
5. Boiler Operator

* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience.
* Must hold a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) for steam boilers.
* Capability to operate independently while adhering to strict safety protocols.
