Available Positions
1. Staff Automation (AOT)
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
2. Staff Production (PROD)
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
3. Staff Japanese Interpreter (JPN)
* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) graduates with Japanese internship experience, or Bachelor's/Diploma degree holders in Japanese Literature.
General Candidate Requirements
To ensure a seamless fit with the company culture and operational demands, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong comprehension of PLC, robotics, and digital transformation for the Automation role.
* Work Flexibility: Willingness to operate on a shift schedule for the Production role.
* Language & Certification: Possession of a JLPT N3 certificate or higher for the Japanese Interpreter role, alongside professional fluency in spoken and written English.
* Academic Standard: A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 out of a 4.00 scale.
* Health: Must not suffer from color blindness.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated analytical thinking, strong communication abilities, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving traits.
