Develop Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) methodologies, assist with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) and Sustainability Reporting (ICOSR), and monitor execution.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or Accounting. Minimum of 6 years of experience in governance, risk, or internal controls, accompanied by relevant certifications and advanced financial modeling capabilities.
License and Permit Monitoring
* Core Responsibilities: Inventory, record, and update major operational licenses while routinely monitoring expiration dates. Collect, verify, and coordinate compliance documentation with legal, operational, and environmental departments. Downstream Industrial and Roadmap
* Core Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market and value-chain analyses for downstream industries. Formulate detailed strategic roadmaps, perform technical-economic feasibility studies for potential downstream projects, and integrate environmental sustainability criteria into every phase of execution.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years of industry experience. Proficiency in technical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, and advanced data analytics.
Energy Management
* Core Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate energy management standards aligned with ISO 50001. Support decarbonization strategies, track greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through rigorous data management, and integrate energy efficiency key performance indicators across all group entities.
Environment Management
* Core Responsibilities: Ensure strict adherence to national environmental protection regulations and global frameworks such as ICMM, IRMA, and IFC. Manage environmental performance data—including water usage, hazardous waste, land reclamation, and watershed rehabilitation—while validating post-mining closure plans.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Sustainability with a minimum of 10 years of metal mining environmental management experience and relevant professional certifications.
Circularity and Tailing Management
* Core Responsibilities: Formulate technical guidelines for managing mining waste (tailings, slag, red mud) in alignment with circular economy principles and the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISTM). Oversee waste minimization initiatives, resource recovery, and integrated mine closure execution.

Industrial Hygienist
* Core Responsibilities: Formulate and implement industrial hygiene standards in coordination with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) teams. Analyze health risk exposures arising from chemical, physical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial factors, and conduct Health Risk Assessments (HRA) across operations.
