Program Structure
* Duration: Participants commit to a 3-year service period.
* Training: The program includes a comprehensive 6-month curriculum featuring both in-class instruction and hands-on, on-the-job training.
* Mentorship: You will receive direct guidance from seasoned industry professionals.
* Growth: Upon completion, graduates are prepared to lead teams and spearhead initiatives across various Mayora business units throughout Indonesia.
## General Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the MDP Batch 3 program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
* Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Proven track record of organizational leadership.
* Fluency in English (active usage).
* Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
* Willingness to commit to a 3-year service bond.
* Full mobility to be placed at any Mayora facility across Indonesia.
## Specialized MDP Tracks
We offer four distinct tracks, each tailored to specific functional expertise:
1. MDP Factory
Focuses on the entire FMCG production lifecycle, from planning and inventory management to distribution and quality control.
* Requirements: D4/S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering. Must be willing to work shift schedules.
2. MDP Sales
Dive into the world of General Trade, mastering relationship building, high-level negotiation, and sales target achievement.
* Requirements: D4/S1 in any major. Must hold both SIM A and SIM C driving licenses.
3. MDP Operation
Gain a deep understanding of branch operations, including logistics, financial accounting, and human resource management.
* Requirements: S1 degree in Economics, Financial Management, or Accounting. Strong understanding of financial reporting is essential.
4. MDP Finance Accounting
Focus on core accounting processes, including cash flow analysis, corporate reporting, and internal auditing.
* Requirements: S1 degree in Accounting. Strong data analytical skills and financial literacy are required.
