1. Molecular Laboratory Research and Development
We are looking for an expert to drive innovation in our molecular testing protocols.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and validate molecular testing methods, from initial design to final report.
* Recommend essential reagents and laboratory equipment for new research projects.
* Execute routine molecular analysis and perform trial testing on non-accredited client samples.
* Maintain strict inventory control and documentation for all reagents and laboratory instrumentation.
* Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in molecular testing and development.
* Strong grasp of qualitative and quantitative validation standards.

* Conduct regular sample trials and manage laboratory inventory for reagents and consumables.
