1. SDP Logistics Coordinator (Distribution Center)
* Responsibilities: Analyze logistics operations and costs, manage stock opname processes, and coordinate with distribution teams across various branches.
Requirements: Male, D4/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Management. Proficiency in MS Office, strong leadership, and communication skills. Willingness to work in shifts. Placement: Ternate.*
2. SDP General Affair – Asset & Administration
* Responsibilities: Monitor company assets, manage stock opname, distribution, and handle the procurement of operational facilities.
Requirements: Male/Female, D4/S1 in any major. Strong data analysis capabilities and MS Office proficiency. Placement: Gorontalo & Ternate.*
3. MDP System Support – Ready to Drink (RTD)
* Responsibilities: Provide system support for RTD product teams and R&D, develop stock handling systems, and manage raw material procurement programs.
Requirements: Male/Female, D4/S1 in Industrial Engineering. Strong understanding of network systems, procurement control, and teamwork. Placement: National.*
4. MDP Building Maintenance
* Responsibilities: Create maintenance work plans, manage preventive and corrective schedules, coordinate technicians, and prepare budget reports.
Requirements: Male, D4/S1 in Electrical Engineering (High Voltage). Understanding of high-voltage systems, possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C), and comfort with both field and office work. Placement: National.*
5. MDP Project Performance
* Responsibilities: Supervise construction projects, design buildings, manage Bill of Quantities (RAB), and oversee material quality control.
Requirements: Male, D4/S1 in Civil Engineering. Expertise in AutoCad and SketchUp. Must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C). Placement: National.*
6. Procurement Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Monitor product quality, source new suppliers, manage internal/external negotiations, and analyze procurement data.
Requirements: Male, minimum 2 years of experience in procurement. Proficient in English and MS Office. Strong negotiation skills and possession of a driver’s license. Placement: Jakarta (Head Office).*
7. Japanese Interpreter
* Responsibilities: Provide oral and written translation (Indonesian-Japanese), prepare meeting minutes, and support expatriates during field visits.
* Requirements: Male (Cibinong factory) or Female (Jakarta Head Office). D4/S1 in Japanese Literature with N2-N4 certification. Previous experience as an interpreter is preferred.
8. ACL Maintenance Jr. Manager
* Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance of infrastructure, HVAC systems, and commercial machinery while estimating repair costs.
Requirements: Male, D4/S1 in Civil or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant maintenance fields. Placement: Malang & Bali.*
