* Educational Qualifications: Completion of high school (Grade 12).

## Compensation and Benefits Structure
Emirates provides a competitive salary package designed to reflect the high standards of the role. Earnings are structured into three distinct components: a fixed base salary, hourly flight pay, and an overseas meal allowance.
* Fixed Basic Salary: AED 4,430 per month.
* Flying Pay: AED 63.75 per hour (based on an average of 80–100 flight hours per month).
* Total Compensation: The average monthly pay for Grade II (Economy Class) crew is approximately AED 10,170 (roughly USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, or GBP 2,280).
Note: Meal allowances for overnight layovers are credited to the salary in arrears the following month. Additionally, the company provides complimentary high-quality hotel accommodation and dedicated transport to and from the airport for all crew members.
